McNany Lands on NFCA All-Region First Team
Senior infielder Jocelyn McNany has been named to the 2025 National Fastpitch Coaches Association (NFCA) Division III All-Region VII Team.
ERIE, Pa. – Senior infielder Jocelyn McNany (Cranberry Township, PA/Seneca Valley) has been named to the 2025 National Fastpitch Coaches Association (NFCA) Division III All-Region VII Team.
McNany was selected to the First Team as the designated player/utility non-pitcher position. The AMCC Player of the Year is earning her first All-Region honors and will move onto the All-American ballot. McNany led the conference and ranked 18th in DIII statistics with a .492 batting average. She is also tied for 10th in the nation in doubles (19) and tied for 23rd with 63 hits.
McNany, an All-AMCC First Team selection, also led in slugging percentage runs (40), home runs (7), and slugging percentage (.875). McNany tied for second in most hits in a season in the AMCC record book. She also broke the program record and tied the AMCC record for most doubles in a season with 20. McNany tallied a hit in every game except three and had 12 stolen bases.
The NFCA announced 383 student-athletes from 170 schools comprised the All-Region Teams. The awards honor student-athletes from the Association's 10 regions with selection to one of three teams. NFCA member head coaches nominate and then vote for the winners in their respective region.
