Sophomore thrower Alex Cotton earned United East Men's Outdoor Field Athlete of the Year honors, helping Behrend secure its first ever United East Outdoor title. Over the weekend, he won the shot put with a throw of 50-11 and was the runner up behind teammate Dan Dabrowski in the discus (139-2).
